Job Description:
1. Responsible for the formulation and implementation of procurement strategies for mechanical and electrical components;
2. Organize the daily operation of technical, quality, delivery and other cross-departmental teams, responsible for business negotiations, bidding and supplier selection;
3. Establish, maintain and improve the purchasing business and cost baseline of the category to ensure the relative cost competitive advantage of the category;
4. Layout and guarantee of supply resources: Implement measures to guarantee supply resources, match supply and demand in advance, negotiate supplier resources to support core product development and delivery, implement measures to improve the purchasability of materials and continuity of supply, and prevent major supply and quality problems;
5. Supplier relationship management: Participate in the routine management of suppliers, organize the performance evaluation and communication of suppliers, and ensure the relative competitive advantage of cooperation.
Job Requirements:
1. More than 3 years of experience in the automation industry, relevant experience in the same industry is preferred;
2. Familiar with the procurement process and supplier management experience;
3. Strong negotiation skills, able to drive both parties to reach an agreement on a mutually beneficial win-win situation;
4. Strong supplier analysis, demand investigation and analysis, cost analysis, organization and coordination and negotiation skills;
5. Have good internal risk control awareness.
