Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly capable Program Manager who can successfully perform Program Management (PM) responsibilities. This role is critical to driving complex, cross-functional programs from concept through production while also contributing technically to product design, system integration, and issue resolution.

The ideal candidate is equally comfortable managing schedules, budgets, and stakeholders and reviewing designs, supporting engineering decisions, and resolving technical challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end program execution from RFQ / concept phase through SOP and production

• Own program schedules, milestones, deliverables, and risk management plans

• Manage program change control

• Serve as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders and customers

• Coordinate cross-functional teams including mechanical, electrical, systems, manufacturing, quality, supply chain, and suppliers

• Drive issue resolution, escalation, and decision-making to maintain program timing and objectives

• Support customer reviews, design reviews, and executive updates

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronic or Computer Engineering or related engineering discipline

• 5+ years of experience in program management and/or product development

• Strong understanding of mechanical design and systems engineering fundamentals

• Experience managing cross-functional engineering programs

• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications

• Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills

• Experience working directly with customers and suppliers

Preferred Qualifications:

• Automotive or high-volume manufacturing experience

• Experience with RFQ processes and sourcing decisions

• Familiarity with APQP, DFMEA, PFMEA, and PPAP

• Experience with CAD tools (e.g., CATIA, NX, SolidWorks) – review level or hands-on
